2. Products & Availability
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, minor differences may occur, particularly in the colour or appearance of products due to differences in screens, devices, lighting conditions or photography.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and, where applicable, refund any amount already paid for the unavailable product.
SCANDIC DE RÊVE reserves the right to correct obvious errors in product information, pricing or availability.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order if there is an obvious pricing or product error.
SCANDIC DE RÊVE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of our website, an obvious pricing error, or circumstances where we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a refund of the amount paid.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout.
We use secure payment providers to process payments. SCANDIC DE RÊVE does not have access to or store your complete payment card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
SCANDIC DE RÊVE currently ships throughout the European Union.
Shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise stated.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery is estimated to take approximately 5–12 business days.
All orders are shipped with Track & Trace. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, holidays, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. SCANDIC DE RÊVE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
Consumers have statutory rights regarding cancellation, withdrawal, returns, refunds and conformity under applicable Dutch and European consumer law.
Where applicable, customers have the legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within the applicable withdrawal period without giving a reason, subject to the legal conditions and exceptions that apply.
